For purposes of this Policy, your counterparty is Century Fuxuan Science & Technology Development (Beijing) Co. Ltd. (“data controller”).

2. Personal Data We Collect

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Here are the types of personal information we collect:

(1) Required information with regard to use of Dsysos services

Our services contain certain core functions, including realizing your online shopping, improving your experience of our services, and ensuring secure transactions. In order to realize such functions, we may collect and use the following information relating to you:

(a) Dsysos account information

You will need to use a Dsysos account or a third-party social network account supported by the Dsysos platform to enable access to and use of the Dsysos platform. When you register with or log in to the Dsysos platform, you need to provide the following account information to complete registration or login: an email address or the account and password registered with a third-party social network supported by the Dsysos platform.After creating a Dsysos account, you can improve your profile page by providing your name, mobile phone number, fax number, gender, date of birth, country, interests, etc. You may also use your camera to take a picture or choose an image from your device to be your profile photo.

(b) Communication information

When you use Dsysos’s communication feature to interact with sellers, we collect the text and images from your chat. This helps ensure communication during transactions and allows for easy access to past conversations if needed. Similarly, when you reach out to us for services such as after-sales, or dispute resolution, we keep a record of our communication. This helps us to quickly assist you and keep track of how issues were resolved.

To ensure your communication with sellers in the course of the transaction and your inquiry and evidence-taking of such communication history, the Dsysos platform system will automatically collect and store your in-box information at the Dsysos platform. Unless we have to use or disclose such information as explicitly required by you or according to relevant applicable laws, we will not use or disclose such information in any way.

Moreover, to better help you handle after-sale rights protection and services with regard to the goods traded, you may need to provide your phone number to us for timely feedback on handling results and relevant information.

To use payment services, you must provide the following financial information to complete payments, ensure transaction security, and comply with applicable laws: billing address and bank account.

(d) Transaction information

To ensure the delivery of goods and services, you need to provide the following information for timely receipt of goods/services and inquiry and check of transaction status: name, personal phone number, delivery address, transaction record, and order information. When you create a Dsysos account, you can choose to save your billing information in “My Dsysos”. You can also save one or more shipping addresses in your Dsysos Address Book. We will retain your payment, transaction, consumption and turnover records to provide you with order query, consulting and after-sales services, among others.

(e) IP address, device information, etc.

For your convenience in quickly searching out the products you are interested in, we may collect common data of the device you use (hardware serial number, MAC address, unique device ID, etc.), language settings, IP address, and your in-site browsing history on the Dsysos platform.

Further, such information may also be collected and used for data analysis and study, out of justified needs for offering personalized services and improving the quality of service, for improving system security of our services, for more accurate prevention of phishing site frauds, and for ensuring the security of your Dsysos account.

(f)Dsysos Affiliate Program

You can choose to become a Dsysos Affiliate and earn commission by promoting the products of the merchants on the platform. If you choose to do so, we will generate a Dsysos Affiliate ID for you. You can further improve your personal information by filling in your nickname, gender, email address, self-introduction, contact information (such as WhatsApp account, Skype account and Line account), address, information on commercial promotion (such as promotion channels, number of followers, and links to social media), etc.

When you request a sample from a merchant, we need to collect information such as your name, telephone number, shipping address and country/city/identity or region, so that the merchant can send a sample to you.

We will collect your promotion records to provide you with query services.

The above information you provide is authorized for our use on a continued basis as long as you use our services. Upon your request to close an account or for justified deletion, we will cease to use and delete such information according to relevant laws.

(2) Information you provide to us at your option

To better your experience of our services, you may opt to provide the following personal information in order to acquire the following additional services. If you opt not to provide such personal data, your use of core functions of Dsysos services will not be affected, but you may be unable to use such additional services or may be required to fill out certain information every time you use certain services:

(a) Personalized recommendation and sending of promotional and marketing information

In the course of using our services, you may at any time provide or choose to delete the following additional information that helps us offer more relevant services and experiences: name, gender, country/jurisdiction, date of birth, DOBs of spouse/parents, important anniversaries, income bracket, tags, third-party social network accounts, etc. Such information will be used for analysis of your behaviors and preferences to tailor personalized services for you and send you special offers, marketing information, advertisements, or other information you may be interested in.

(b) Other information

(i) You may at your option comment on the products/services you purchase. Such comments will be used to shape testimonials of corresponding products for reference by other Dsysos users and optimize user experience of relevant services.

(ii) If you use an Android device, you may at your option provide location data to us for real-time access to information of merchants in your surrounding area and acquiring site language services matched with your location. You may also, at your option, provide us your SIM card data (including your contacts list) according to your needs, so that you may add and/or communicate with other Dsysos users in a timely manner. You may at any time close relevant functions and immediately cease to provide location data or SIM card data in your Android system or our application. After you’ve closed such functions, we will cease to collect and use your personal data as mentioned above and cease to offer you relevant services.

3. Processing Purposes: How We Use Your Personal Data

We will not sell, lend, trade or exchange any of your personal information without your prior consent or as permitted by laws and regulations. Your personal information we collect will be used for the following purposes:

(a) Register a Dsysos account or become a Dsysos Affiliate;

(b) Facilitate your communication with sellers;

(c) Confirm your orders and deliver the items and services you have purchased online;

(d) Provide you with browsing history query, query of records of adding items to cart, order query, and other platform services;

(e) Create a user profile and provide personalized recommendations;

(f) Prevent fraud and control risks;

(g) Manage your Dsysos account profile

(h) Resolve disputes and prevent prohibited and illegal activities;

(i) Enforce our Terms of Use and related agreements;

(j) Respond to your customer-service inquiries or requests;

(k) Recommend great-value and featured items to you;

(l) Find and store information on the products in which you are interested; and

(m) Customize, measure and improve our services and your purchase experience.
